1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
   By registering or participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. PROGRAM OVERVIEW
   This MLM program is focused on legitimate product sales to end consumers.
3. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS
   You are an independent contractor.
4. COMPENSATION (RETAIL-FOCUSED)
   Compensation is based on retail sales to non-affiliate customers. Recruitment-based compensation is
   prohibited.
5. PROHIBITED PRACTICES
   No misleading income claims, deceptive marketing, or spam.
6. FTC & ADVERTISING COMPLIANCE
   You must disclose your relationship and comply with FTC guidelines.
7. RECRUITMENT RULES
   Recruitment must not be emphasized over sales.
8. NO INVENTORY LOADING
   No excessive inventory purchases required.
9. COMPLIANCE ENFORCEMENT
   The Company may audit, suspend, or claw back commissions.
10. TERMINATION
    Participation may be terminated at any time for violations.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    The Company is not liable for indirect damages.
